Responsibilities

  • Manage employee personnel administration, including employee data, movement, attendance, leave, employment status, and related employment documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, data changes, and related documentation.
  • Verify and reconcile attendance, overtime, payroll, and PPh 21 data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Handle PKWT administration, contract extensions, employee status changes, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Prepare HR and Compensation & Benefit reports and analyze relevant data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure personnel and Compensation & Benefit processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, and issues in Human Capital Service processes and escalate significant matters to the Department Head.
  • Coordinate with HCBP, Finance/Tax, BPJS, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and accurate Human Capital Service processes.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Human Capital Service processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1, preferably in HR Management,  Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or HR Operations.
  • Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS and personnel administration.
  • Good knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, including PKWT, working hours, leave, and overtime.
  • Good knowledge of overtime calculation and PPh 21 / employee taxation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, analytical, and well-organized.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and compensation data.
  • Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
