For Cahaya Jakarta, sustainability is an integral part of how we do business and create long-term value. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are embedded in our daily operations and decision-making processes.
Through this commitment, Cahaya Jakarta continues to improve resource efficiency, reduce its environmental impact, foster a safe and inclusive workplace, and strengthen corporate governance with integrity.
Turning Commitment into Action
Cahaya Jakarta puts its sustainability commitments into practice by working alongside communities, educational institutions, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), business partners, and social organizations. In 2025, the company’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programs focused on four key pillars: socioeconomic development, education, health, and the environment.
Initiatives ranged from sharing knowledge on packaging innovation with MSMEs and providing assistance to communities affected by disasters to organizing blood donation drives, rehabilitating mangrove areas, and planting trees. Each initiative is designed to deliver meaningful, lasting benefits for both communities and the environment.
