QA/QC Staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue Color Range Books (CRB) based on approved product specifications, artwork, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure all CRB information is accurate, complete, and aligned with the latest approved customer specifications.
  • Monitor CRB validity and ensure timely revisions whenever changes occur.
  • Maintain and control both hardcopy and electronic quality documents in accordance with the company’s Document Control System.
  • Distribute controlled documents to relevant departments and ensure only the latest approved versions are in use.
  • Verify the consistency of CRB documentation with production processes, materials, and finished products.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Prepress, Production, and QA teams regarding artwork revisions and specification updates.
  • Prepare quality documentation required for internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits (ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging Materials, SMETA, etc.).
  • Support investigations and corrective actions related to document non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality management procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Graphic Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Document Control is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of Document Control Systems and document management practices.
  • Familiarity with artwork approval processes and customer specification management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, BRCGS Packaging Materials, or other quality management systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
  • Willing to be based in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
