Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term production strategies aligned with business objectives, customer demand, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
- Lead and oversee daily Production operations across Printing & Finishing to ensure safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, OEE optimization, cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement
- Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, analyze business results, and implement strategic actions to achieve operational targets.
- Develop, control, and optimize departmental budgets, production resources, and operational costs to achieve business profitability and productivity targets.
- Build a high-performance production organization by developing Section Heads, strengthening succession planning, and enhancing leadership capability across all production levels.
- Partner with Sales, SCM, Prepress, QA, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to align production capability with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, Safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Graphic, Packaging, or related fields).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, including leadership experience as a Production Section Head/Manager or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Production Management, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement.
- Experience managing Printing & Packaging production processes is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Willing to be based in Jababeka 2, CIkarang.
