Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Maintenance organization
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Develop maintenance schedules, budgets, KPIs, spare parts, and resource planning
- Drive Operational Excellence through TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, OEE improvement, and cost optimization
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to align maintenance performance with business priorities and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures
- Build a high-performance maintenance organization through coaching, succession planning, and capability development
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or department head role, preferably in the printing, packaging, label, or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, asset reliability, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of printing machinery, electrical systems, PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and utilities
- Hands-on experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), OEE improvement, and maintenance cost optimization
- Familiarity with CMMS, spare parts management, and maintenance budgeting
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
