Responsibilities
- Draft, review, revise, and manage legal agreements with customers, vendors, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Ensure all company legal documents and licenses are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to support business operations.
- Handle legal matters involving government institutions, law enforcement agencies, labor organizations, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide legal support in employment-related matters and Industrial Relations cases when required.
- Prepare legal correspondence and documentation, including notices, summons, agreements, complaints, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and secure filing of confidential legal records.
- Monitor updates on Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the company’s business.
- Support legal administration and other legal-related activities as assigned.
- Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations to minimize legal exposure in business operations.
- Monitor contract validity and coordinate renewal or amendment prior to expiration.
- Participate in improving legal processes, documentation systems, and standard legal templates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Legal Staff or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Indonesian Corporate Law
- Indonesian Employment/Labor Law
- Legal Drafting
- Industrial Relations
- Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent legal writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to read legal documents in English; active English communication is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
- Willing to travel for business and work beyond regular hours if required.
