Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC role or a similar position.
- Familiar with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Able to create and analyze production planning and scheduling.
- Strong communication skills; proactive and highly motivated.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Willing to be placed at PT Theia Digilab Indonesia – Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang.
Job Description
- Prepare and manage production planning and scheduling based on demand and capacity.
- Monitor and control production execution to ensure alignment with the plan.
- Manage material data, raw material inventory, and work-in-progress (WIP).
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and related departments.
- Input, manage, and monitor PPIC data through the system.
- Prepare periodic reports on production planning and realization.
- Identify production issues and provide improvement recommendations.
