Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) in the manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, material requirement planning (MRP), and production flow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
  • Willing to be placed at PT Cahaya Jakarta Packaging – Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang.

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
  • Monitor and control the availability of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure production plans are executed effectively.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to meet delivery targets.
  • Analyze inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Prepare production planning reports and update planning data in the ERP system.
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure on-time production and delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency and inventory control.
