Qualifications
- Minimum High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate, any major
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Basic computer literacy
- Disciplined, neat, and maintains cleanliness in the work area
- Willing to work on rotating shifts
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to be placed at Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang
Responsibilities
- Perform sorting and packing processes according to established production standards and specifications
- Categorize products/labels as OK or NG based on quality limits defined by the Quality team
- Pack finished goods accurately according to customer orders and packaging specs
- Apply product labeling and markings to ensure safety and provide accurate customer information
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with other machine operators during production
- Ensure outgoing products comply with designated quality standards
