Qualification
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree from all major (reputable university with GPA 3.00 and up is preferred)
- Having minimum 2 years experience in sales support, fresh graduated are welcome
- Handle B2B customer will be preferred
- Able to demonstrate good product knowledge
- Experienced and knowledgeable in using CRM systems
- Able to use excel proficiently and fast learning about the system
- Good interpersonal skills is a must
- Preferred someone with manufacturing company background
- Fluent in English is a must
Responsibilities
- Receiving PO from customer and process into SO.
- Track order progress and communicate with internal team to coordinate the order process.
- Analyze order pattern, maintain and consulting the customer for the order.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang West Jakarta
