Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Implementing the production division’s annual work plan
- Implementing quality management system throughout the production activity
- Monitoring daily, monthly, and annual production activity
- Ensuring that the production activity effectively reaches target, both on quantity and quality
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives on quality and productivity
- Lead and continuously develop the productivity and teamwork of the production team.
- Responsible for the annual and monthly manpower planning
