Senior Procurement

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software, including Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance evaluation
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings
