Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software, including Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance evaluation
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance
- Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings
