Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and organized
- Fluent in English is a must
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and calendar management tools
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO’s trips
- Prepare visa and passport applications as needed
- Fulfilling CEO’s request
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Bridging the communication between CEO and employee if needed
