Job Description:

Supervise and evaluate the performance of the Production Team using KPIs, providing feedback and guidance for performance improvement.
Ensure the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support smooth printing operations.
Collaborate with the Production Specialist to assess the skills and competencies of the Production team in the Printing section.
Work with the Production Specialist to conduct training and fulfill skill development needs for the Production team.
Analyze and resolve issues that arise during the production process.
Coordinate with SCM and Prepress in handling repeat orders and production outputs.
Coordinate with the Section Head of Finishing Production regarding the quality and quantity of printed outputs.
Coordinate with QMS regarding audits and process improvements.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding issues with machines and utilities in the Printing section.
Coordinate with QA for quality checks of production outputs.
Coach, develop, and oversee the competencies and performance of the Production Team through training, coaching, and regular evaluations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/section head role; preferably in printing & packaging industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of printing processes.
  4. Skilled in production planning, process control, and efficiency improvement (OEE, downtime, cost saving).
  5. Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc) and basic machine troubleshooting.
  6. Leadership skills to manage operators/technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
  7. Good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  8. Able to work with targets and deadlines; willing to work shifts if required.
  9. Familiar with production monitoring systems.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience of at least 3 years as Sales Section Head or Sales SPV, in the label printing or packaging industry.

  4. Experienced in handling custom projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001), BRCGS Packaging Material, SMETA or other relevant standards.
  • Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, including quality manuals, Policy, procedures, work instructions, records and all supporting document related Risk Management, External Standard and Audit Record.
  • Conduct internal audits as scheduled as an auditor and assist with external audits from customers or certification bodies.
  • Collaboration with other departments for Investigation Internal & external issues to ensure reduction/elimination of issues that occur.
  • Monitor the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of QMS processes.

We are hiring an Accounting System with basic knowledge of BIS Systems to assist with the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounting software and will use Crystal Reports or Power BI to help generate standard financial reports.

Responsibilites:

  • Implement accounting software solutions ( Xero, SAP, etc).
  • Customize and configure accounting software
  • Provide training and support during and after system implementation.
