Qualifications
- Minimum education of bachelor Degree of Psychology or related major
- Minimum of 2 years Experience as a Organizational Development/ Training in manufacture industry will be point plus
- Communicative and talkative person
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to be place in Cikarang, West Java (WFO)
Responsibilities
- Scheduling employee Training
- Preparing training facility and share invitation to training attendant
- Ensure the update of training’s material
- Seeking for training vendor that match with company standard and needed
- Discuss, analyze, approval and updating job description, SOP, & Work Instruction with users related
- Updating Employee competencies
- Ensuring employee competencies gap are fulfilled
- Recaping & Ensuring KPI for all department
- Documenting updated organizational structure from HC Head
