Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience at manufacturing company or B2B
    Business Area.
  • Exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to end-to-end digital marketing, in particular, product marketing and
    marketing pipelines.
  • An ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple
    projects simultaneously.
  • Proven capability to implement strategies effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Head with the planning and delivery of marketing
  • campaigns, projects and initiatives within budget and deadlines.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of CJ Group’s product offering, label and packaging
    industry, competitors, and changes in FMCG or industry related trends and
    technologies
  • Coordination and execution of events, exhibitions and webinars.
  • Coordination and execution of content development for website and blogs,
    monitoring and maximize performance. Social Media & Digital Marketing.
  • Manage social media channels and content calendar.
  • Develop paid and sponsored social media campaigns and digital marketing
    across existing and emerging social media channels, providing monthly analytics
    reports to Marketing Head.
  • Manage scheduled photo and video shoots to create a strong photo catalogue
    for use across multiple channels (social media, catalogue, website).
  • Provide regular updates to key internal stakeholders on outgoing
    communications and digital activities Including senior management and business
    group-wide marketing team members.
  • Support the Content Creator in developing and executing social media strategies
    and content plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head on marketing plans for key online retailers.
  • Work with the Creative Lead on brand campaigns and content creation, gaining
    insights into integrated marketing.
  • Assist and manage brand ambassadors, events, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Support in the management of relationships with external stakeholders and
    creative partners.
