Qualification
- Minimum 1 years working experience as a full-time Graphic Designer/Packaging Designer
- Diploma/Degree preferably in Graphic Design, DKV, Product Design, Architecture, or related fields
- Possess a design portfolio that shows an excellent sense of typography, space & colors, especially in vector design
- Advanced skills in graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Procreate
- Passionate and keeping up with the printing industries
- Keep up with current trends & visual style to add more flair and commercial value to the design
- Understanding of print and layout design as well as experience in print production and pre-press requirements is a plus
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
- Must be able to write and speak English
- Willing to be place in Cikarang, West Java (WFO)
Responsibilities
- Collecting concept ideas for the label to be developed
- Creating label designs according to the given brief
- Determining the specifications of the label to be developed
- Collaborating with the Marketing and R&D Departments to ensure that the design can be implemented according to technical specifications
- Creating Final Artwork (FA) that aligns with digital/flexo printing techniques
- Understanding customer needs and creating label designs according to those needs
- Creating design templates/assets for the website
- Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator on special projects for marketing strategy development
