Responsibilities:
o Administer and oversee employee compensation programs.
o Manage benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
o Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS to ensure accuracy in employee data management.
o Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations regarding employee information.
o Act as a liaison between the company and employees, fostering positive relationships.
o Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievances.
o Stay updated on labor laws and assist with compliance to ensure proper handling of industrial relations matters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation & benefits, HRIS, and industrial relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation practices, and HR technology systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
