Qualifications
Bachelor degree in advertising marketing/ visual communication design or any major with related work experience |
1-2 Years Digital Marketing experience |
Experience and skilled in activating paid media (Google ads/ Meta Ads/Tiktok Ads) and optimizing conversion rate |
Proven paid ads experience with having real project portofolio will be point plus |
Exelent level of english writing, reading, comprehension and communication skills |
Strong team player and communication skill with a proactive attitude and a creative mind to collaborate with multiple stakeholders |
Willing to be placed on Cikarang, West Java |
Responsibilities
Designing an advertising campaign strategy that includes drifing target audience, keywords, and budget |
Adverstising products/ services on facebook ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads |
Conducting A/B Testing to identify the most effective ads elements |
Plan and execute paid media campaigns with objectives that will range from banding to driving user acquisition, retention and conversion across reguional markets |
Work cross fuctionally across creative and content teams to makeximize user experience for conversation and enggagement |
Maintain digital dashbord of sevreal different accounts |
