Sales Admin

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma’s degree from business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge in using popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to write compelling product descriptions and marketing copy
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of the personal care industry, including products, trends, and regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers
  • Assist with marketing activities, including creating promotional materials and organizing events
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches and promotions
  • Input and update customer and sales data into the company’s system
  • Generate accurate and timely sales reports and analysis
