Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in advertising marketing/ visual communication design or any major with related work experience
  • 1-2 Years Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience and skilled in activating paid media (Google ads/ Meta Ads/Tiktok Ads) and optimizing conversion rate
  • Proven paid ads experience with having real project portofolio will be point plus
  • Excelent level of english writing, reading, comprehension and communication skills
  • Strong team player and communication skill with a proactive attitude and a creative mind to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to be placed on Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities

  • Designing an advertising campaign strategy that includes drifing target audience, keywords, and budget
  • Adverstising products/ services on facebook ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads
  • Conducting A/B Testing to identify the most effective ads elements
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns with objectives that will range from banding to driving user acquisition, retention and conversion across regional markets
  • Work cross functionally across creative and content teams to maximize user experience for conversation and engagement
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
