Personal Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • ⁠Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and organized
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • ⁠Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and calendar management tools

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO’s trips
  • ⁠Prepare visa and passport applications as needed
  • Fulfilling CEO’s request
  • ⁠Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Bridging the communication between CEO and employee if needed
