Talent Acquisition Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals.
  • Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders.
  • Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain the company’s image through effective employer branding.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to create job descriptions and selection criteria, and coordinate with relevant users.
  • Data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Creativity in designing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Understanding of industry trends and labor market needs.
  • Willing to be Placed in Cikarang, West Java
