Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals.
- Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions.
- Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.
- Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders.
- Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain the company’s image through effective employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
- Ability to create job descriptions and selection criteria, and coordinate with relevant users.
- Data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Creativity in designing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Understanding of industry trends and labor market needs.
- Willing to be Placed in Cikarang, West Java
