Sales Section Head (Bali Based)

Qualifications :

1. Experience of at least 3 years as Sales Section Head or Sales SPV, in the label printing or packaging industry.
2. Strong understanding of market characteristics and customer needs in Bali.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Experienced in handling custom projects from initial brief to final delivery.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Quick to learn, adaptable, and target-oriented.
7. Strong leadership.
8. Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
9. Willing to work mobile if required.
10. Preferably based in Bali.

Responsibilities :

1. Actively develop new markets to drive revenue growth.
2. Ensure the sales team achieves targets and contributes to business growth.
3. Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with cross-departmental teams.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
5. Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.
6. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
8. Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
9. Regularly report sales performance and team progress.
