About the role
As a Sales Manager at PT Cahaya Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market developments
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably in a related industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
