Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma’s degree from business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge in using popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to write compelling product descriptions and marketing copy
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Basic understanding of the personal care industry, including products, trends, and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses
- Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers
- Assist with marketing activities, including creating promotional materials and organizing events
- Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches and promotions
- Input and update customer and sales data into the company’s system
- Generate accurate and timely sales reports and analysis
