Sales Admin (Placement: Jakarta)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar industry/role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Familiar with basic e-commerce operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc)

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation

• Able to write clear product descriptions and marketing copy

• Have a knowledge of social media content creation (photo/video)

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Willing to host live sessions (Shopee Live/TikTok Live)

• Willing to support exhibitions and handle events

• Willing to be placed at Gajah Mada, Jakarta Barat

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer orders

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors

• Support marketing activities and product promotions

• Manage social media content and scheduling

• Create photo/video content for social media and marketplace

• Manage marketplace stores (upload products, update prices, respond to chats)

• Host live shopping sessions

• Update customer/sales data and prepare sales reports

• Support exhibition duties and assist in handling company events
