Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Graphic Engineering / Production Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5–10 years in the Printing & Packaging industry, with 3 years of experience as a Production Manager.
- Understanding of the operation of digital printing machines and converting machines.
- Understanding of the production process of flexible packaging, carton boxes, label printing, or other packaging materials.
- Experienced in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, or other quality standards.
- Experienced in managing large production teams (+50 employees).
- Able to work with tight targets & production deadlines.
- Problem-solving, good communication, and quick decision-making.
- Able to work under pressure and think strategically.
Responsibilities
- Manage all production activities to ensure they run effectively, efficiently, and meet targets.
- Develop and implement Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) to ensure production runs on schedule.
- Ensure product quality meets ISO, GMP, HACCP standards, and applicable regulations.
- Control production costs (cost efficiency) without compromising quality.
- Oversee the maintenance of production machines and coordinate with the maintenance team to prevent downtime.
- Lead the production team (operators, supervisors, technicians) and develop their skills.
- Identify and implement production process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S methods.
- Ensure Occupational Safety & Health (K3) standards are applied in the production area.
- Coordinate with related departments (PPIC, QC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales) for smooth production processes.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
