Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior/lead procurement role.
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement processes for production materials (raw materials, components, spare parts).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor selection, evaluation, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Skilled of preparing procurement analysis reports, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement-related software.
- Solid understanding of procurement compliance, contract law, and import–export regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conduct regular performance evaluations, and manage vendor contracts.
- Plan material requirements based on production forecasts in close coordination with PPIC and Production teams.
- Coordinate the purchase order (PO) process, delivery, and receipt of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
- Initiate and drive cost-saving projects and efficiency improvements.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Control, monitor, and audit purchasing documentation.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.
