Marketing Dept Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across all business units (B2B & B2C).
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimal ROI for all campaigns.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to gain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
  • Highly resilient, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align and collaborate across departments.
  • Proven track record in creating impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Able to work closely with sales, R&D, and production teams.
  • Strategic Marketing (ATL, BTL, Digital & Offline).
  • Project & Campaign Management.
  • Data Analysis & Customer Insight.
  • Branding & Product Positioning.
  • Negotiation & Public Speaking.
  • Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
