Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers, aiming for optimal value and quality.
- Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor information, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment.
- Assist in resolving procurement-related issues, such as discrepancies in orders or delivery delays.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
