Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as HSE.
- Certified in First Aid (P3K) and General Occupational Safety (Ahli K3 Umum).
- Familiar with SMK3, environmental management, ergonomics, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), SIMPeL KLHK, and AMDAL (UKL-UPL, BKL-BPL).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Canva or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English (oral & written).
- Willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang.
Job Description:
- Identify hazards and implement control measures for HSE risks in the workplace.
- Monitor and evaluate the work environment.
- Manage the usage and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE/APD).
- Conduct regular HSE patrols and ensure compliance.
- Conduct internal audits for SMK3 and Environmental Management.
- Ensure availability of HSE facilities and equipment.
- Analyze health data and implement continuous HSE Campaigns.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate HSE Training programs for all employees.
- Manage documentation related to the implementation of SMK3 and Environmental Management.
- Investigate and report workplace accidents.
