Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimun 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in printing industry.
- Strong understanding of finishing processes, including sorting, inspection, and packing.
- Familiar with ERP systems or production management systems.
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and communicative.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Willing to work in 3-shift system.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Descriptions :
- Lead and supervise finishing operations, ensuring smooth operations from sorting, quality checking, to final packing.
- Manage daily workforce planning, assign tasks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower based on production priorities.
- Coordinate with PPIC to align schedules with delivery targets.
- Identify production process issue and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards during the finishing process.
- Ensure consistent application of safety measures, discipline procedures, and company regulations.
