Business Development Staff

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma in Packaging Engineer or a related field.
2. Experience in a similar role ( Product Development or R&D).
3. Fresh Graduate are welcome.
4. Preferably has experience in the packaging industry.
5. Proactive, communicative, adaptable, and shows strong initiative.
6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.
7. Has a database of packaging suppliers, both local and international is a plus.
8. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
9. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
10. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Job Descriptions :

1. Monitor sample bank and transit area for product development.
2. Input product development data and monitor purchase prices in the internal folder.
3. Update product and pricing data into the NAV system.
4. Conduct product sourcing based on development or customer needs.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update the company’s product catalog.
6. Negotiate and establish agreements with suppliers regarding pricing, quality standards, and lead time.
7. Monitor development progress and ensure n-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
8. Organize and maintain business development documents.
9. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with packaging suppliers.
