Qualifications :
- Diploma’s degree in any major.
- Experience in office administration or general affairs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and familiar with digital documentation tools (Google Drive, spreadsheets).
- Experienced in inventory management systems (manual or software) and capable of verifying requests and monitoring usage.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs is an advantage.
- Strong administrative accuracy, including filing reports, stock opname, and asset documentation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Honest, communicative, and having a growth mindset.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively with good time management skills.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Responsibilities :
- Submit and ensure the fulfillment of office supplies (stationery) and other office needs.
- Record and control all company assets.
- Manage GA administrative documents such as stationery stock cards, vendor contracts, pest control reports, etc.
- Collaborate with field teams regarding the fulfillment of company requests.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations.
- Perform internal monthly stock opname (stationery, uniforms, and office cleaning tools).
- Provide administrative needs for field teams (check sheets for cleanliness, security, and office facilities).
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers regarding office facility services on an administrative basis.
