Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply; internship experience in the production area of a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Have basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with and interpret operational data.
- Able to understand production processes, analyze information, identify operational issues, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive, with strong initiative and a sense of ownership in completing tasks.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Descriptions :
- Understand the company’s end-to-end production flow and operational processes across relevant functions.
- Monitor and support daily operational activities to ensure production processes run effectively and efficiently according to established procedures and targets.
- Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data to identify issues, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, data, and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on routine operational activities with related departments, and communicate progress, issues, and follow-up status to the Supervisor.
- Identify operational issues through observation and data analysis, provide supporting data for problem analysis, and escalate issues requiring further analysis or decision-making to the Supervisor.
- Monitor corrective actions assigned by the Supervisor and follow up on their progress.
- Identify potential process and operational improvement opportunities and provide data and information to support improvement initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor and document the implementation of approved improvements.
- Support various operational projects assigned by the Supervisor, including preparing required data and documentation, coordinating assigned activities, and reporting project progress and issues.
- Work closely with different teams to understand process flow and cross-functional operations.
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s production activities and business processes through hands-on experience.
