Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Organizational Development, People Development, Human Capital, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management System, Talent Management, KPI Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Path & Succession Planning
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, Dashboard Reporting) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
